Shipping & Returns Policy

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Once orders are shipped, changes/cancellations cannot be made. Your credit card will be automatically charged.

 OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

If an item that you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and let you know when they will be available.You can choose to ship all in-stock items right away and the out-of-stock item(s) when they come inAnother choice is to wait until all the items are in, then ship them together or just cancel the out of stock item(s).

 DELIVERY

Customers have the choice to choose pick up at the terminal or residential delivery. A residential delivery means the shipment is delivered on the curbside.

RECEIVEMENT OF DAMAGE ITEMS:

Please make sure to note all damages on the Bill Of Lading (BOL) with the driver’s signature. Refuse a shipment if most of the shipment looked all damaged. Customers have up to a week to contact rtacabinetwarehouse of any damage items or missing items  for any replacement or refund.

RETURNS:

Products can only be returned if they are in its original form but a 15% restocking fee applies and customers will be in charge of the return shipping. You must notify RTA Cabinet Warehouse within 24 hours if you wish to return anything, and we must receive the items back in good condition within 14 days of receipt before any refund can be processed. All orders cannot be canceled once it is in transit.It is very important that you have an accurate measurement and we highly recommend you to order a sample door/granite sample before purchasing a kitchen.

IF WE SHIP THE WRONG PIECE:

If we send you the wrong size or color that you ordered, please contact us within 24 hour so we can ship your correct items as quickly as possible.We will not charge you for the shipping or restocking fee since it is our mistake/error.
