Do the cabinets come in already assembled or do I have to put them together? The cabinets comes in RTA( ready to assemble meaning you will have to put them together). No worries on the assembly. Just print out the detailed assembly instruction that was provided by us and you will be good to go.
How will the cabinets be shipped? The cabinets will be either shipped via UPS ground or freight depending on the volume of the shipment and the size of the product itself. Normally the transit time will be between 1 to 2 weeks depending on the destination.
Do the granite come in prefabs? The granites that we carry are all prefabricated with bullnoses.
How will granite be shipped? Granites will be shipped in crates.
What should I do if I received damaged cabinets and/or granite? Please refer to the shipping policy tab to access to the detailed shipping instruction. It is very important for you to follow that instruction.
Normally how much will the shipment cost? The cost of the shipment varies depending on the weight and size. We have a automatic calculation of the shipment cost for each individual cabinets. Shipment involve granite and volume quotes will required to send us an email or call us for further assistance.
